Unable to add work notes as default list view column for VITs using list layout configuration

Hi All,

I am facing issues with adding work notes as default list view column in classic view. I do reset to default columns still i can't see work notes in list view. Please help me on this.

@SambasivaraP I added worknotes in SOW and it showed "This column can't be filtered." in Zurich.

 

I believe OOB, Journal fields cannot be filtered in workspace.

I checked this for SOW and incident table and in Yokohama

@SambasivaraP you can use table filters to search on workspace.

 

For the other option, which versions of instance and workspace are you on?

In the table filters i can not see work notes selection
