Vulnerability Response - how is table related service (sn_vul_m2m_ci_services) being populated

Hi Community,

Can someone explain me how the table - Related Services - sn_vul_m2m_ci_services - is populated, or point me to an article that explains it?

It seems that the data in this table is populated randomly (i suppose it is not :-))

Thank you

Marcus

Hi @Marc Hall ,

The sn_vul_m2m_ci_services table, which represents the many-to-many relationship between Configuration Items (CIs) and Services within the context of Vulnerability Response, is populated through a combination of manual and automated processes, often driven by the discovery and mapping of services. Specifically, it's populated when a CI is associated with a service through the "Related Services" related list on the CI form, or automatically when a service is discovered and mapped using Service Mapping.
