What is the Difference between Integrating Qualys VMDR for ITSM to Servicenow and Qualys Integration for Security Operations

The Integration "Qualys VMDR for ITSM" is Free and Qualys Integration for Security Operations is Paid one.
What is the difference between above 2 Integrations.

Hi Anand,

As per my understanding, Here is the difference

Qualys VMDR for ITSM allows IT teams to import Qualys vulnerability findings (QIDs) directly into ServiceNow ITSM on-demand or scheduled based on pre-defined criteria, and then to create tickets, assign them to rightful owners or teams, and automatically close them out once vulnerabilities are remediated.

Qualys Integration for Security Operations - This includes the Vulnerability Response module from Security operations in ServiceNow. Here The Qualys product sensors collect the data and automatically send it to the Qualys application, which continuously analyzes and correlates the information. It easily integrates with Vulnerability Response in ServiceNow as the Qualys Vulnerability Integration to map vulnerabilities to CIs and business services to determine impact and priority of potentially malicious threats.

So main difference would be that where data from Qualys is populated. In Qualys VMDR for ITSM Its populating in ITSM tables while Qualys Integration for Security Operations populates data in Vulnerability Response application tables under security operations.
