User has CRUD, but cannot delete or add to watch list

Hello,

I user has created a new table, the admin role has the CRUD ACLs available, yet the user is unable to delete a record, or update the watch list.  We have insured that the role assigned contains the four ACLs (Create, Read, Update, and Delete). Yet, when I impersonate the user, they can create a record, change a record, but cannot delete, or update the watch list.  Any help you can provide as to where to look to see what is possibly blocking this access is most appreciated.

Are the settings for A appropriate?
