  1. If service catlog in connect the service portal then portal in location offshore select means automatic to select country in india then next citys are Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai are selected how to do please explain

Did you try any stuff from your side?

Where are you stuck, this is an easy requirement which can be achieved using dependent fields + onChange client script .
