Custom portal Attachment variable values

Hi This is Rajkumar

am trying to build an application for that i have create a custom portal that user can access and raise a request from the record producer, when adding an attachment in attachment field its not getting saved into that variable and displaying empty.

Hi @Rajkumar Bommal ,
Could you share the variable configurations of your catalog item? By the way, ServiceNow already provides an attachment option on record producer out-of-the-box. Instead of trying to bind it directly to a variable, I’d recommend using that OOTB attachment option, marking it as mandatory, and adding a validation to prompt users if they try to submit without uploading a file.
