Hi,
we created a General Service Request catalog item, which we are now enhancing by introducing more specific catalog items so that the reliance on the general request is reduced.
As part of this improvement, I configured Contextual Search Results together with Record Producer Configurations, allowing users to enter a description that automatically suggests related catalog items.
While this functionality works for most inputs, it does not behave as expected when users enter “Hardware” or “Laptop,” as shown below.
However, it works for "uninstall"
please assist. can I configure this to show me related catalog items by in putting 3 letters?
