Hide catalog item in platform view

Is there a way to hide (or remove) a catalog item so it can't be accessed or searched in the platform view of the catalog?  We only want it to be available on the Service Portal.

NO, it cant be hide on native view but it can be hide in portal. What is your business case, bcz Native view is used by agents in case any user call to raise any request.
