How to add multiple ritms for same catalog item

I have a catalog item it has 3 check boxes 1. assigned to 2. cost center 3. support group of CI if user wants to change the value of some variable, he will make the variable true for each variable there are 2 approvals, but all these are independent here the process should happen like if user makes all the variables true. and there will 6 approvals for all the variables if the approvals of assigned to are rejected, still process should go and if support group approvals are approved, then a sctask has to be created, similarly for cost center. how to do this in servicenow ?

To implement independent parallel approvals and sequential catalog tasks in ServiceNow, use Flow Designer instead of legacy workflows.

Flow Designer enables parallel execution of approval actions while keeping each approval branch independent, ensuring that a rejection in one branch does not impact or cancel the others.
