I discovered it is a Catalog Builder, and it is part of the core code, so it’s difficult to change or modify this.

I am using the Service Portal for a Service Catalog form. Previously, my 'Help Text' appeared above the variables. However, after I updated the layout using the Catalog Builder, the Help Text for all my catalog items shifted to appear next to the variables. I need to fix this so it displays below the variables again. Has anyone encountered this situation or knows how to resolve it?
