Order Guide Opening in Backend Form View Instead of Service Portal – Assistance Needed

Hello Team,

We have two custom Service Portals — one for IT-related queries and another for HR-related queries. We are facing an issue specifically with the Order Guide in the HR portal.

When attempting to open an Order Guide from the HR portal, it redirects to the backend platform form view instead of rendering within the Service Portal view.

However, it did not help in resolving the issue.

Could anyone please assist us in troubleshooting and resolving this?
