Pin Down your Cloud
- The Service Graph Connector for Amazon Web Services (AWS)^ provides near real-time visibility to your AWS resources, relationships, and states. A deep discovery of services, accounts, cloud data types, and installed software supports asset management, governance, and compliance. The SGC for AWS simplifies access and credential requirements and scales easily.
- The Service Graph Connector for Microsoft Azure^ provides a quick, secure, and easily managed integration to cloud resources hosted on Microsoft's Azure Cloud platform. This SGC is built using Azure security best practices and includes Azure technologies including Azure Resource Manager and Azure Log Analytics. Supports software asset management, cloud governance, and ITOM Visibility use cases.
- The Service Graph Connector for Google Cloud Platform^ enables cloud teams to integrate GCP data into the ServiceNow CMDB and ServiceNow workflows quickly, seamlessly, and securely. Designed with GCP security best practices and built on GCP Cloud Asset Inventory and publish-subscribe technologies. The Service Graph Connector for GCP populates multiple configuration classes, including virtual servers, network infrastructure, and installed software with minimal required credentials.

Wrangle your Workstations and Software
- The Service Graph Connector for Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) ingests and populates a rich, familiar data set via a MidServer with your organization’s Windows-based workstations and endpoints. Data retrieved include identification data such as name and serial number; manufacturer and model; installed software; and network connectors including IP addresses. The SCCM SGC replaces the original ServiceNow SCCM integration which will be decremented in 2023.
- The Service Graph Connector for Jamf^ allows for software, hardware, network and other pertinent data such as name and model to be retrieved from iOS and macOS workstations.
- The Service Graph Connector for Microsoft Intune^ allows detailed hardware and application inventory on BYOD or corporate-owned devices on Android, Apple or Windows Mobile devices.
- The Service Graph Connector for Tanium^ facilitates the import of data from Tanium Asset. Includes support for software usage data.
- The Service Graph Connector for VMWare Workspace ONE^ UEM provides detailed hardware and software inventory for Windows 10 and macOS-based workstations as well as Android, Apple, and Windows mobile devices.

Support your Servers and Network Infrastructure
- The Service Graph Connector for SolarWinds^ automatically synchronizes data from your SolarWinds monitored infrastructure to the ServiceNow CMDB including computers, servers, software, and network gear.
- Import Subnet and IP Address from Infoblox to the ServiceNow CMDB quickly, seamlessly, and securely via the Infoblox IPAM module and Infoblox SGC^ (Currently in Innovation Lab).

Monitoring and Observability
- The Service Graph Connector for Observability – AppDynamics^ not only brings in and classifies configuration items, it can also be configured to bring in business transactions (BT), maps, and events. Events brought in through AppDynamics will be automatically correlated to the CIs that generated them.
- The Service Graph Connector for Observability—Dynatrace^ brings in CIs, applications, services and processes. It creates a Service Map with relationships between applications and their infrastructure. Optionally this connector can be configured to ingest events, metrics, and logs.
- The Service Graph Connector for Observability—Lightstep^ is a bi-directional integration currently in Innovation Lab designed to move Lightstep alerts to ServiceNow event management that are automatically correlated to hosts or application services. The Lightstep SGC also moves CMDB CI data on infrastructure and application services into the ServiceNow CMDB.
