Service Graph Connectors have helped hundreds of our customers along their digital transformation journey by harmonizing their IT service and operations systems with ServiceNow.  Service Graph Connectors help customers realize greater value in shorter time frames with less effort. There are plug-and-play connectors to support your organization's cloud operations, your endpoint and asset management visibility, your server and network support, as well as your application mapping and monitoring.  There are several service graph connectors that support your security operations.

Is your organization fully accelerating its digital transformation by taking full advantage of all the Service Graph Connectors that can work for you?

Pin Down your Cloud

  • The Service Graph Connector for Amazon Web Services (AWS)^ provides near real-time visibility to your AWS resources, relationships, and states.  A deep discovery of services, accounts, cloud data types, and installed software supports asset management, governance, and compliance.  The SGC for AWS simplifies access and credential requirements and scales easily.
  • The Service Graph Connector for Microsoft Azure^ provides a quick, secure, and easily managed integration to cloud resources hosted on Microsoft's Azure Cloud platform.  This SGC is built using Azure security best practices and includes Azure technologies including Azure Resource Manager and Azure Log Analytics.  Supports software asset management, cloud governance, and ITOM Visibility use cases.
  • The Service Graph Connector for Google Cloud Platform^ enables cloud teams to integrate GCP data into the ServiceNow CMDB and ServiceNow workflows quickly, seamlessly, and securely. Designed with GCP security best practices and built on GCP Cloud Asset Inventory and publish-subscribe technologies. The Service Graph Connector for GCP populates multiple configuration classes, including virtual servers, network infrastructure, and installed software with minimal required credentials.
  • Coming Soon:  a Service Graph Connector for the Alibaba Cloud.

Wrangle your Workstations and Software

  • The Service Graph Connector for Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) ingests and populates a rich, familiar data set via a MidServer with your organization’s Windows-based workstations and endpoints. Data retrieved include identification data such as name and serial number; manufacturer and model; installed software; and network connectors including IP addresses.  The SCCM SGC replaces the original ServiceNow SCCM integration which will be decremented in 2023.
  • The Service Graph Connector for Jamf^ allows for software, hardware, network and other pertinent data such as name and model to be retrieved from iOS and macOS workstations.
  • The Service Graph Connector for Microsoft Intune^ allows detailed hardware and application inventory on BYOD or corporate-owned devices on Android, Apple or Windows Mobile devices.
  • The Service Graph Connector for Tanium^ facilitates the import of data from Tanium Asset. Includes support for software usage data.
  • The Service Graph Connector for VMWare Workspace ONE^ UEM provides detailed hardware and software inventory for Windows 10 and macOS-based workstations as well as Android, Apple, and Windows mobile devices.
  • Other endpoint visibility connections available through partners: BigFix SGC^ through HCL America, Inc.; 1E SGC^  through Tachyon; and Automox SGC^

Support your Servers and Network Infrastructure

  • The Service Graph Connector for SolarWinds^ automatically synchronizes data from your SolarWinds monitored infrastructure to the ServiceNow CMDB including computers, servers, software, and network gear.
  • Import Subnet and IP Address from Infoblox to the ServiceNow CMDB quickly, seamlessly, and securely via the Infoblox IPAM module and Infoblox SGC^ (Currently in Innovation Lab).
  • Coming soon: Apigee, Kong, VMWare, and Cisco ThousandEyes
  • Other server and network infrastructure connections available through partners: NexThink SGC^; Puppet SGC^; SAP data including database, clients, and namespaces via the Avantra SGC^ through Syslink Xandria; network traffic flow and Configuration Items (CIs) via the ExtraHop SGC^ and network appliance (v7.2 or later); and Lansweeper SGC^

Great question.  Infoblox is available in Innovation Lab.  See Innovation Lab Infoblox Service Graph Connector.  I've made our strategic partnership group aware of the desire for Apigee and Thousand eyes.  If you have further questions or background, email me directly.

Does ServiceNow have a date for GCP Service Graph Connector? It was initially supposed to be in lab the end of 2022 but I think it was pushed back.

Is there a connector for Linux machines? Specifically for IBM Guardium appliances.

Hi @Michael Hansen,

"SG-JAMF" connector will be helpful for JAMF cloud or only JAMF on-premise only?

Hi, this is a great article! Has anyone built a Service Graph Connector from scratch? What does the architecture look like? I'm not sure where to start and would appreciate some guidance.
