Getting the disabled apply changes button in edit transform

Hello Everyone,

I was editing the transform column for one of the columns in the target table (hostname3), but after making the changes, the Apply button is disabled. This is something new that I am experiencing.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. I have attached a screenshot for reference.
