We are implementing the Service Graph Connector for AWS to populate our CMDB. My understanding is that we need an Access Key ID and Secret Access Key to create the AWS credential in ServiceNow. However, the AWS team is reluctant to provide these credentials due to security policies and concerns.
Could you please advise if there is an alternative approach to achieve this integration, or another recommended authentication method? We would also appreciate any best practice recommendations for implementing this securely.
