JAMF Service Graph connector - Record not updating CMDB

Hi All,

We are using service graph connector for JAMF integration. We are able to fetch the data successfully and unable to fetch 5 Records.
Though those 5 records are there in import set table but not populating in CMDB_CI_COMPUTER table

Has anyone faced this issue?

Can anyone help with this issue?

When records are in  import set table but fail to populate the computer table,

the probable issue could be

 Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) rules

or transform map logic, often due to duplicate data or missing mandatory fields
