Lansweeper to ServiceNow integration is not working

Hi All,

We have recently updated the Service Graph connector for Lansweeper to version 2.8.0. We have noticed that the assets are no longer being updated by Lansweeper.  Please Help

Hi @sujan0119 

Did you  renew/ re-authenticate the OAuth token for this integration? if you do it , connectivity to Lansweeper Cloud should be successfully restored.

Go to Service Graph connector's Guided set up -> In Connection configuration - reauthenticate it.

Thank you for replying.

The connection is verified. We can see that the Lansweeper data is successfully reaching the x_lans2_service_gr_flatten_assets staging table. However, the subsequent ETL stage is not processing or transferring the records into x_lans2_service_gr_mapping_assets_etl.

Hi @sujan0119 

Did you check whether backend job is running properly. Check import set status and log.

Check this KB and try to debug as per current status /error (if any)
