Hello All,
Need some advise on the Orca Plugin Upgrade. We have been on 3.2.0 and it was working as expected, but when we updated it to the current version, everything that is related to the Orca scans fell apart like the count on the VUL scans started missing and there is no data that is being transformed . There is a message which states "Row transform ignored by onBefore script". However the plugin is configured the way it is and onBefore script is also written to be ignored as the data could go through the processor..
Have anyone experienced such issues after upgrade ?

Hi @Nilanjan1 ,
Can you repair the plugin and check.
Even after that if you got stuck:
(If the plugin setup is OOB and if it not your PDI,) I will recommend you to raise a Case to your ServiceNow Vendor.

Repair plugin should work or first sych the plugins and then see does it need to repair or update as well?
