Service Graph Connector for Microsoft Intune

Hello,

I have implemented the Service Graph Connector for Microsoft Intune and was looking to filter out personal device types from being added into the CMDB. Has anyone successfully done this or have any recommendations for doing so?

The source field that is bring brought in is u_manageddeviceownertype.

Hi @Tanushree Maiti ,

The android device data is getting populated on handheld class if we use regular data source(SGC-Intune).But when we use advanced data source(SGC-Intune) the android device data is getting populated on computer class table. I can see the value for OS.

Data from data sources in the Microsoft Intune application is mapped and transformed into the ServiceNow CMDB Configuration Item (CI) class definitions using the Robust Transform Engine (RTE). Data is inserted into the ServiceNow CMDB using the Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE).

I would suggest checking the Conditional Class Mapping in ETL Integration Hub along with the existing IRE rules to ensure the data is mapped and processed correctly.

Thanks for responding. I do not see any conditional class for handhled class for advance data source .But the cinditional class mapping is available for regaula data source.

I tried crating conditional class for handheld class,but the option is disabled.
