Service Graph Connector for Workspace One - missing data for some records

Using the Service Graph Connector for Workspace One version 1.6.0

 

I am finding that some tables are missing data, and some other tables are not being loaded at all.

 

The data that I found that is having a problem has the following Display name: Apple iPad Pro 13 inch M4 (Wi-Fi+Cell 2 TB Space Black)

Another record I compared it to is fine.  It's display name is: iPad Pro 13 inch M4 (Wi-Fi+Cell 256 GB Space Black)

 

Both records are for the same owner, both are corporate owned, and when exported from WS1, they both have the same fields filled out with similar data.

 

I am noticing other records that are having similar problems.

 

Below are the tables that I checked, and information regarding the fields that are missing data.

How can I troubleshoot this?
