There are some devices whereby not all the payload information i.e. serial numbers are being sent to ServiceNow on the payload from SolarWinds. Which means that the staging table is unable to automatically create CIs into our CMDB. fOR For these particular devices SolarWinds are getting information from another API on their system, thus the required payload is on different tables. Is it possible for the graph connector to pull this data from different tables in SolarWinds? Would this cause a lot of technical debt and affect future upgrades tremendously? Any advice or further information I could look into would be hugely appreciated.
