Agent workspace problems

Hey guys,

i´m having problems and others came together hahaha

After i make changes into agent workspace like add a field in a incident form from agent workspace view, i garantee that my update set capture these changes, then i try to moved for a test instance and the change isn´t worked out.

It´s possible that we have to configure some changes manually even if the update set capture these changes? I´m having some real problems of losing informations after making changes in agent workspace (dev intance) then move to (test/qa intance).

Hello Palloma,

I don't think you need to add changes manually in an update set. As you said all agent workspace changes were captured in an update set then ideally it should moved to test instance too. There may be a scenario where your updates were overwritten by some other developer update set or some other conflicts which can undo your changes.

Hello @Palloma ,

You have to create update set 'ITSM Workspace' scope and then add fields in 'Workspace' view like below, It will capture properly. Mark my answer as correct if that helps.

Hi, Have you fixed your issue? If yes then how you fixed it kindly share the method and procedure of solution. As I did a few changes in the workspace which we used for Pikashow tv apk. And now our whole work is disturbed even our whole team is suffering. SO how will I reset the workspace to default setting kindly guide about it.

Hi, some of my problems turned into a servicenow bug the others like an ui action on change task for example only appears to some of the taks in agent workspace the reason i didn't figured out yet. I don´t know if i get it right but maybe you can try to set the default landing page order as you work on changes on the new one that you created...
