It looks like you did not configure the pipeline here are the instructions on how to do it
Implement pipelines.
Create a pipeline so that an administrator can quickly move an application from one environment to another. The method you use for implementing pipelines depends on the version of the App Engine Studio application you are running.

Hi Miguel Donayre
Thank you for your answer, but there are still some things I don't quite understand.
The example I use is PDI.I see some people say that the app created by PDI cannot be submitted.
But my submit button can be clicked. After clicking, the prompt message in my question will appear.
So can the app I created in PDI be submitted normally after setting the pipeline?

Try repairing the App engines studio by navigating to below link
https://<your instance name>.service-now.com/sys_store_app.do?sys_id=e046257545b47c84712b8779a9abd0cb&sysparm_stack=$allappsmgmt.do?sysparm_redirect=true%26sysparm_search=app%20engine%20studio
after opening the record. Please click on the Repair Application related link in the bottom to repair it.
