Blackout Schedule for Normal Change Request only

I've been asked if we can set up "Blackout" windows for only Normal Changes.

Use Case:

New HR Application being implemented for the Company.

Need to make sure Users are aware that we want no changes to be scheduled for 3 Weeks

10/1-10/21.

User issues request "Normal" for 10/5.   System to show "NEW HR APP" blackout window in Conflicts.

When I set up the Window.  I noticed that when i set Source to "Change Request" the time frame doesn't appear in conflict check or conflict calendar.   But if i change it to CI, it works.

How do I get this to show up?

Yes - I'm unsure how to get a Blackout window to "ALERT" user on Change ticket for non-CI items.

 Hi @EricG

Did you try with the conflict status to show the alert message?
