Requests created via Scheduled Job - Utah Release Change

Since we upgraded to Utah and beyond, we noticed an annoying change.

We have several Requests that are auto generated either daily, weekly, monthly, etc., and we have built into the flow design or workflow that the Request/RITM are opened by Administrator.  We did it this way so no request email notifications go out because prior to Tokyo the emails were generated via the Requested Item Table.  Since Tokyo, the emails are built on the Request table.

However, after we upgraded to Utah, the users with sys_admin role that created the catalog item, is now getting emails when the request is opened and closed.  The activity stream in the Request record shows as follows:

1st Field change - Opened by Terrie Barbarossa

System:  Email Sent for REQ creation to Terrie Barbarossa

2nd Field change - Opened by "Administrator" was "Terrie Barbarossa"

Since there are quite a bunch of these types of scheduled job creation of catalog items, is there anyway, short of adding a bunch of conditions to the Request email notifications, that we can have the system not send out the email notifications to the system administrator (Terrie Barbarossa)?

The administrator user record does not have an email associated with it.

Thanks!
