can we fix personalized list for every user

can we fix list for every user for any form, for example in related list i have added sprints tab on iteration form, i want that only 4-5 columns should be coming in list for all users.

is it possible

Right click on the column of the related list and select configure->List layout to modify the list for all users. Please refer section 2.1 for more info.

As an administrator you can. Just right-click on list layout --> Select Configure--> List layout. Whatever changes you make here, should be for all users.

Right Click on List Column-->go to Configure--->click on List layout and select which fields do you want to show as list columns.
