Cannot use '\' in knowledge article because it doesn't show up in our chat bot

Hello,
Apologies if this isn't the right forum. We use our SNOW Knowledgebase to house I.T guides and how-to's for both our internal support teams and our user base. For one of our how-to's, it is showing the user how to map a printer from the server folder. it requires the user to use '\\' to access the server folder.
However, while it looks normal in the KB, once we use our integrated chat bot to look up that KB, it always takes out one of the \. I've test it a few times and you can access the bot via Teams or on a website and on different articles it either shows up on the website and not teams, or vice versa. Anyone have any idea on how to get it to stop taking out a slash on the display?
