Case shows Conflict pop-up when opening Change

Dear guru's

I ran into a problem where I can't find a solution for. When creating a case, and then creating a change, I get something weird. When I go to the case, and go to related records, I have the field Change Request. When clicking the information field next to the change request, I get a Conflicts pop-up!!! It just is a clone from our Production Instance and there I don't have it. On our Test Instance I don't have it either. Just on our UAT Instance.

I checked the Conflict properties, but there I can see any difference. Also on the Change table I don't see any difference.

Please help!

Thank you in advance.

Chris

Hi @Christophe

Share the screen shot. Are you getting it from Workspace/portal?

Please try repairing the Conflict plugin and the Change plugin as well.

What you are seeing is expected. For a conflict to be identified, a Change Request must have a Start Date, End Date, and an associated CI (Configuration Item). Without these details, conflict detection will not work correctly.
