CIS ITSM Retake

Hello,

I failed my first attempt of CIS ITSM. I am a CSA & CIS DF Certified Admin.

For the first time attempt, it was for free, now it is asking me to pay $112 to register. Although I have a partner account, is it a must that I have to pay for the second attempt, is there any ways of getting another attempt free of cost?

Please, any answer advancing to achievement of CIS ITSM is appreciated.

Hi @Mohammed-Ali

Sorry to hear but its a good opportunity for 2nd time learning

  • Go through the fundamental course again
  • Practice a lot with mock question with Correct answer. Any confusion , revisit fundamental course again.

Yes , you have to pay for Retake.
