Hello,
I failed my first attempt of CIS ITSM. I am a CSA & CIS DF Certified Admin.
For the first time attempt, it was for free, now it is asking me to pay $112 to register. Although I have a partner account, is it a must that I have to pay for the second attempt, is there any ways of getting another attempt free of cost?
Please, any answer advancing to achievement of CIS ITSM is appreciated.

Sorry to hear but its a good opportunity for 2nd time learning
- Go through the fundamental course again
- Practice a lot with mock question with Correct answer. Any confusion , revisit fundamental course again.
