Hello,
I failed my first attempt of CIS ITSM. I am a CSA & CIS DF Certified Admin.
For the first time attempt, it was for free, now it is asking me to pay $112 to register. Although I have a partner account, is it a must that I have to pay for the second attempt, is there any ways of getting another attempt free of cost?
Please, any answer advancing to achievement of CIS ITSM is appreciated.

Hi @Mohammed-Ali,
Restart your preparation, go through the course and complete the labs as mandatory.
For more understanding refer YouTube videos and practice those in the PDI.
Practice the mock tests and once you feel confident then only attempt your exam.
