CMDB Dependency View Isuues

hi ,

I have release some CI's and downstream and Upstrem Ci's . These show up under Related list on CI form however if I open up Dependency view nothing is showing except the current CI icon

This is not the case for all CI's. For some the dependency map shows up correctly. Any help please

Hi Padmini,

I have the same issue with certain types of relation (like "Applicative flow to::Applicative flow from"), and I think it is an issue specific to some types, because I tried another relation type between the very same objects and it show on the dependency view.
If you go to predefined filters, you'll see the default one (CIs) has some types excluded (Applicative flow for example), so I tried to add them to the available types in this predefined filter, but even using it, this relation type won't show on the dependency view...
I tried a lot of things, but didn't find any solution about this... Maybe create an incident on Hi.

Hi Pierre, did you ever find a solution? I have the same problem with a Parent :: Child dependency view. The Parent has two children. They show in the related list table and in the Relationship formatter but when you select Dependency View it will only show one child!

Did you find the solution for this? I see IP switches dependency map view. Among 2 slaves i see only one showing up in the dependency view.

Why dont you check CI Relation Flilter ( cmdb_rel_filter ), which usually used to exclude the some type of relationships from related items list on form and eventually from dependency view.Do search for your missing relationship and turn off that and try with reloading dependency view.
