Hi Team,
I noticed that we have Group (sys_user_group), Group (cmdb_ci_group), and CMDB Group (cmdb_group).
Can someone please explain me the difference between them and how they can be used differently in different use case scenarios?
This is really confusing for me. I really want to understand the use case for them.
Please advise.
Thanks.

Hi VM
The groups on sys_user_groups are groups of users, the normal groups used to define roles and assign to tickets
The cmdb_ci_group and cmdb_group are not related to users. their are used to make collection of CIs based in some query defined by the CMDB administrator. It is used normally to apply somethig for all CIs that are parte of those groups.
