Consumer agent unable to see the CSM workspace Home Interface

I am added consumer agent(sn_customerservice.consumer_agent) he can only able to see workspace. In the module section I added role. But after impersonate with who has consumer agent role they can only see list, inbox interface only. Home interface not visible to see. What might be reason can anyone explain in detail?

That only allows the person with the role to see the option in the menu. It does nothing with making the workspace itself available, or its content. You need to check on the landing page to which audiences it is set and the lists to which roles they are added.
