Hi All,

Create a link on the incident form that should be redirected to the new problem record, in the URL we will have to send the incident Sysid as a parameter?

How can we achieve this scenario, I have used URL type filed but it is not working as expected

Hello,

There is already contextual menu to "Create problem", which passes the incident record to it.

If that alone isn't what you need and could use, then review that UI Action's code and proceed from there.

Yes, but customer wants form link instead of context menu, is there any option?

As I mentioned above, you can look at the UI Action for "Create Problem", and use that to help you.
