Create a link on the incident form that should be redirected to the new problem record, in the URL we will have to send the incident Sysid as a parameter?

How can we achieve this scenario, I have used URL type filed but it is not working as expected

Hi Allen,

Thank you for your response, they don't want under related links as well they want form link underneath the state field on the form, do we have any alternative solution other than UI Action functionality.
