I have had a Personal Developer Instance (PDI) for over a year and I update regularly, at least every week. I went to login today to do some updates and instead I was presented with a 'Request an Instance' screen. I checked my emails in case I might have missed some notification, but the last I received was for the update to San Diego Patch 9a, which was successfully completed on 02.19.23.
Does anyone have any ideas as to why my PDI is gone? Is this temporary, due to some sort of maintenance? Any info or advice would be appreciated. I'm not sure if I need to request a new instance, or just wait for my existing instance to be available again?
Thanks.

UPDATE
I was able to request and receive a new PDI. I'm not sure why the previous one was removed without any notification or communication, but at least I am able to start over with one.

How did you request a new instance? My PDI also disappeared about two weeks ago without any inactivity warning and I've been on the "waitlist" since.
Edit - I removed myself from the waitlist, then opened the request instance screen again and now there are instances available! Very bad UI, it has been showing I'm on the waitlist constantly for 2 weeks when there are actually instances available.
