I was testing the dynamic scheduling in Field service management so I configured all the required data like user, role, location , work schedule, agents etc. I have configured the schedule for agents but in dispatcher workspace it is not reflecting the schedule and instead it is showing the grey color in the calendar section which depicts agents unavailability.
For one user it is showing white and others others grey. I have checked all the configuration and settings.
Is this a Personal Developers Instance Problem or any other thing.
Please guide me to resolve this issue and successfully test dynamic scheduling.
