Dot walking field not showing in list personalize ?

Able to add dotwalking field ( incident.change_request.state ) in from layout from , but not able to see the same field in the personalize list colum

How to add here

Can you reset list column n check as shown below

Once u do. you will be able to see the field

I think it wud appear once you remove that dot walkd field chan req.state

hi,

You can do this by right Click on the Incident List View on the header and then select List Layout as shown below:

Post click on List layout add the change Request field you want as shown below:

Below is the Result for the same.
