Dynamic chain of command approval

Is there a way to do a dynamic chain of command approval process.  For example if I put in a request, it goes to my manager, then my Manager's Manager, and so on.  We already have the process where it goes to just my manager, but they are requesting if there is a automated way to keep asking the different levels of command to approve.  Thank you in advance.

1. Upto how many level ( Like m-m-mm) approvals you need.

2. OOTB only this is available

3. For your case, you need build a sub flow and call that in flow.

They need it to go all the way up to CIO.
