I have an approval coordinator in a change workflow that now has a complex setup requirement. Currently the coordinator is set to any child;d activity can approve the step
- group 1
- set of users with approval with a script condition that 50% of users must approve or reject
- group 2 which only applies if the condition is met
So normal behaviour before group 2 was added was the user approval normally is used to reach consensus and if need the group 1 can be used instead to expedite the approval.
That scenario still remains if group 2 is not activated by its condition.
When group 2 is activated we need:
50% of users and
group 2
or just group 1
Is this possible to handle via a script at the coordinator level?
