Entries not showing in Calendar Report in Workspace

Hi,

I am adding a Calendar Report component in the landing page of Service Operations Workspace. As I add the calendar in UIB, I can see the entries as the administrator in preview. However, when I test it as a normal user, the entries are not showing. I am positive the user can access the records as I could see them in native UI. ACL shouldn't be an issue. Am I missing something? Is there an ACL that I missed specially for UIB component?

Thanks,

Sam

Apparently, it is just an ACL issue. With the proper role given, the user can now see the entries. Thaks for your help @Pradeep Thipani

Hi @SamuelTse ,

Could you please verify whether you have included any queries to display the calendar records reports? Additionally, while testing, please check in the Native UI to see if there are any records with the applied conditions.

Thanks,

Pradeep

Hi @Pradeep Thipani ,

There is no condition on the calendar report. It simply displays all records. Here is my set up in UIB

As you can see, I can see the entries on Aug. 22 as the admin, but I can't see the same entries as another user and this user can see the records fine in the native UI.

Thanks,

Sam
