Hi @harini1999p
Unfortunately this happens from time to time.
There is no support offered for PDIs, so there is nothing you can do except wait and re-try.
If it's still not accessible after a couple of days (which is rare but does happen) your only option is to release the instance and get a new one.

Hi @harini1999p
I've been using PDI without any issues since this morning, but I've noticed several posts in the community about PDI being offline. Here are some points to consider:
- There is no support available for PDI.
- If you can wait, let's wait a bit longer.
- You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.
There have been 1-2 posts in the community in last few days about PDI failures or unavailability. Based on the responses, you might need to wait 1-2 days and hopefully, the PDI will be back online.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

It rarely happens but things can happen. In my ServiceNow journey it has only happened once that i lost my PDI. So important lesson I learnt is always take backup of your work. if its custom app push to your git, if its update-set download it after end of day so you never loose your progress or document it.
I hope you get your PDI access back soon

Likewise - it's also happened to me once (in 6 years). For peace of mind, always back up anything you're not prepared to lose.
