Field not Visible On the Change Form for ITIL users

Hi All,

Parent.number Field not visible to the ITIL users, Admin can able see that field , Please help me on this. please find below screenshots.

Hi Suresh, 

You may need to check the ACLs.

Hi,

Points to check

1) is that user seeing same view as admin

2) does that user have read access to that Parent field via field level READ ACL

Hi,

I am referring to the Parent field.

Did you enable debug ACLs and check which ACL is blocking that.

that would help you add the required role to that ACL
