Work note placeholder is no more available on csm/fsm configurable workspace

Hi,

We have observed a different behaviour in the CSM Workspace after the recent platform upgrade.

Previously, under the Compose Container, the Work Notes field had a different label and also displayed placeholder text. After the upgrade, the label appears to have changed and the placeholder text is no longer visible.

Could you please confirm whether this behaviour change is introduced by ServiceNow as part of the latest upgrade?

It would really help if you would at least provide the previous and current version of your instance. Next to that, you didn't attach your screenshots.

what debugging did you do?

Did you compare the Compose email UI builder component in the other instance where it's showing?
