I have a flow that is active at Incident Management. Now I want this flow (build with Flow Designer), to lookup the date & time of an Incident Additional Comment and add it in a futuring outbound email. I don't want the text of the LAST Additional Comment, only the date & time it has been submitted.
Is it possible to extract this date & time with help of the flow? I have tried to expand all trigger pills (in this case an Incident record), but I only can add an "Additional Comments" pill, which probably will result in adding all Additional Comments and their texts to the futuring outbound mail; that's not what I want.
Is this possible without scripting? If not, is it possible to create email text as well, using that scripting screen?
