Time Card Entries - email process

Hello.  I am trying to come up with a way to make it easier for our users that don't use ServiceNow very often to update their timecards in ServiceNow.

This would be timecard entries for work related to a Project record in ServiceNow.  These users are generally only working on 1 project on at a time.

I was thinking of having an email sent to them weekly (we have the Outlook Actionable Messages plugin) that would show any time that they have already logged that week and give them the option to update the time right within the email.  So say the user had already logged 1.5 hours on Monday and 1 hour on Wednesday the email would look something like:

Week of: 3/9/26

Project Name/Number: Project XYZ

Monday: 1

Tuesday: 0

Wednesday: 1.5

Thursday: 0

Friday: 0

And then right within the email the user could update those numbers as needed, click Submit and be done (from there I could set up a process on the back-end to update their timecard).

Does anyone know if something like this is possible?  If so, can you give me any guidance/point me in the right direction?

Thank you!
