Is there any chance to get free voucher after completion of CSA fundamental.

Or else what is the way to get free admin voucher

I think the on demand course if free. After taking the course, it's necessary to purchase to take the exam. That'll be $300.

Also note that after a year, there's a yearly $200 maintenance fee to retain the certification.

ServiceNow has stopped giving free CSA voucher recently. 

For the On Demand courses:

  1. No free vouchers (Except for Partner company only for Fundamentals).
  2. Market Cost $300 + tax

For Virtual Class:

  1. Post completion of the course (Terms and conditions applied. Instructor can guide better.)
  2. Voucher will be under NowLearning in "My Vouchers" section.
  3. Create a case if you do not get voucher.

Hi,

I have paid 300$ for On demand certified System Administrator 15 hrs course and i have completed the course. now i am planning to schedule the the exam for that do i need to pay 300$ again. please tell me how much will be the total amount for the exam without partner.

Should start a new thread. This thread is old. ServiceNow has changed pricing policy since this thread was started. It used to be On demand course was free and ServiceNow was providing free voucher to those who completed the On demand course.

Now, it's different. Seems like it's now $300 for the On demand and another $300 for the exam voucher.

There's is also now a $300 yearly maintenance fee to keep certification too. The first year is included in the voucher but from the 2nd year, there's going to be a $300 yearly maintenance fee.

Best to keep checking with ServiceNow to find the current policy and pricing.
