Hi,

I have completed my CSA Training and created a Webassaor account which shows as linked in ServiceNow University. Now I want to claim my Certified System Administrator Voucher, which I am elligible for but unable to do so as its asking for $300 USD.

yes that is correct. The training is for free but the voucher is 300 USD + taxes, so about 340-360 USD in total.

This is a common misunderstanding:

Passing the training makes you eligible but eligible doesn't mean it's for free... I use this analogy to explain:

🎟️ Think of the process like a concert invitation.
Passing the free training is like getting an invitation to a concert.
But to actually get in, you still need to pay for the admission ticket (claiming the exam voucher).

As a Servicenow User, please note, all ServiceNow exams will be shifting from Webassessor to Pearson VUE starting November 18, 2025.

This is a significant shift in ServiceNow exam policy as it will enhance global accessibility, expand the number of test centers, and enhance online supervision.

If your target date for the exam is before transition, claim a Webassessor exam voucher and book your exam before October 31, 2025. There’s a break in the schedule from November 1-17 for migration purposes.

Everything exam-related is expected to be transferred to Pearson VUE from Webassessor. All of these ServiceNow changes will enhance the ServiceNow exam experience.

Now coming to Voucher :-

If you are with a ServiceNow partner, you can get a free voucher. Otherwise, the cost is 300 USD plus taxes, and it may be higher for certifications like CAD or CIS.

After moving from Now Learning to ServiceNow University, all courses are now free. You'll need to pay the exam fee separately; once you do, you'll receive a voucher to schedule your exam.

Training is free, voucher is not. You need to pay for Voucher so it is correct behavior. If you are from India - you can use - NASSCOMCSA code to get discount else you need to pay $300+ Taxes.
