This Question Related Incident.
i Have one Region Field and Category Filed.
In Category Multiple Option available
When i select Region "Australia" In Catagory Filed one Option Should not be seen

@basha shaik You need to create a UI Policy on the incident table as follows.
In the following screenshot replace location field with your Region field and choose value Australia.
