hide "Manage Attachment" link from the List view

Is it possible to hide "Manage Attachment"  link on the List view.

However, there is no need to hide "Manage Attachment" link on the Form.

I dont think that's possible unless you do some DOM manipulation which is not recommended.

How do I implement a DOM operation to hide the "Manage Attachment" that appear in the "List View"?

I want to prohibit attaching file from "Manage Attachment" in the "List View".
