I have users who would like to print/export RITM and task level details in Agent Workspace. This is for compliance reasons. I know how to do this on the legacy application interface by selecting "printer friendly version" in the profile settings, but i don't see this option in Agent Workspace. Appreciate any assistance!

Hi Maik,
I applied this solution into our system and it worked great! My question to you is if we put this printer friendly into a table (RITM) with variables, the solution doesn't include the variables.
Is this doable?
Thank you!
Enrique

This is great, Maik!
Do you know if it is possible to limit the output to certain sections (details, activity)?

Maik,
This post was a lifesaver for us. Thank you so much for the solution. Do you know if it is possible to only grab the case details, comments, and interactions for print?

Hi
as you can see in the URL there is a parameter sysparm_view which references the Workspace view. With this parameter you are free to specify another custom view in which the desired field configuration is implemented.
Kind regards
Maik
